I received everything as shown. The only complaint is how long it took to receive my product. It was about 6 weeks , but it was the holidays so maybe that held it up a bit. I have only used the product for about 1 week now so it is too early to tell if it works or not. Good pricing and I am very happy with receiving exactly what I ordered! Definitely will use again!
