Wow, I actually got it!Time: So it took exactly 32 days, but I DID get my order.
Tracking: There were some issues with my tracking numbers, one worked one day and one didnt. One would update and the other would not, and vice versa--however, there is a reason for this. I kept checking a universal package tracking website every day and that ended up giving me more information than the link they send you directly. Checking the status on their website was equally unhelpful, since they use the same tracking method. That link (in my experience) was always around 3-5 days behind on updating the package status. The order: I got my order in two packages, one came from Germany the other from Switzerland, my guess is because my item was out of stock at the origin I placed my order, and it was coming from another area. Which was fine, because it was still the same brand and manufacturer. I'm impressed by how they processed the packages to arrive within a few days of each other. This explains why one package would move, while the other stayed put for a few days. They had to catch up with each other in the mail network. I find that hounding the company with emails like "where is my package" is unhelpful in times of covid... Once the item leaves the facility and begins it's journey in the mailing system, there isn't much that can be done besides check the tracking status every day and hope for the best. One of my packages didn't move for 2 weeks, and the day I was going to send an email, sure enough there was a new update. Trust the process. Be patient. Keep checking the links.
