Very trustworthy company
Lilybelle I have been using Alldaychemist for a couple years and have always had great service. At the beginning of the Coronavirus, ADC advised customers about delays in delivery due to limited flights. I placed an order anyway and for some reason it wasn’t delivered even though I emailed and called them several times. I had ordered by Echeck, but my money was refunded to PayPay instead of my bank. That whole process was a little bumpy as PayPal thought ADC had bought something from me so didn’t want to release my money. That isn’t the best way to return a customer’s payment. Perhaps a refund check in the mail would be better or at least return it the way it was paid. Anyway, ADC rectified that issue.My most recent shipment did take several extra weeks but I was able to track my delivery and I do understand the delivery issues. I order asthma medication and ADC saved me a lot of money even though I have insurance.I also had a coupon code for free delivery that I forgot to use and shipping was $20 US for one small box which I think is excessive. Overall, however, I would not hesitate to order from this company. They always answer inquires and do respond via the phone.
