Shipping took for.ev.er but the product is excellent. Customer service was good about keeping me updated about the progress before it was shipped. I was a little hesitant to use an echeck to pay but it worked fine and only the amount authorized was debited from my account.

this delivery went very smoothly in spite of the pandemic. had long delays with the last one which was not your fault. so glad you now take credit/debit card and did not even mind paying the 3.15 my bank charged for transfer. this was so much easier than paying by check. now if you only could take discover card! i am very pleased with your product and packaging and employees have been very helpful. vicki sirocca
