Refund Issued!
UPDATE: Refund has been issued! Thank you all day chemist! I have updated my review! ORIGINAL :Order was placed 1 April and I paid 1 April. Order was never shipped and they said it was due to Covid and they had supply issues. I eventually asked for a order cancellation and refund on May 28th. On June 2 they told me they would cancel the order and issue the refund and it would take 4-5days. I emailed them today asking about where the refund is because I would like to order again but I need the refund in order to pay. They said the refund was already issued!! And I need to pay for my new order with Bitcoin. This is a complete lie and I sent them my account activity showing that no money went into the account. They never replied and they’ve robbed me of $89!!! If anything else happens I’ll update this review. If I get the refund then I will amend my review. EDIT: They called me and said the refund was issued on June 2nd. I gave them proof that it was not issued. I sent them my PayPal activity and it showed no refund was given. I also said that I spoke to their colleague yesterday on June 10 who told me that my previous order balance ($89) could be carried forward and that would be used to pay for my future orders. This means they acknowledged that I had NOT received my refund. However, today they told me the refund was issued June 2nd. I asked them for the PayPal payment ID which every transaction has and they could NOT provide me with one. They said that they would look into it. I’ll update what happens next.
