I like these people. They are reliable and honest.

I had a package of drugs disappear in the mail. Communicated this and they immediately sent another package. A few weeks later the missing package arrived. I notified them and they asked if they could charge me for the now not-missing package. Sure, I replied. Then they knocked off ~20% for the inconvenience. Initially I was a little put off by the account and routing number required for purchase but I have been using these people for at least 5 years, four times per year and never had a problem.
