I have used ADC for around ten years, and average two orders per year. Never have had an error in the amount ordered/received. Tracking information provided is very helpful. Waiting longer for delivery because it is an international order is worth it, as I have saved many thousands of dollars. One order in ten years got stuck in customs; I called ADC and it was resent and delivered within two weeks. Quality of products has been excellent; no worries about counterfeits or improper manufacturing standards. Always have phone access to a live person for questions.
