Regarding the pills, I tried to cut them into 1/4 as suggested but it just does not at all do what the V does. Nevertheless I cut one in half over the last week and have determined that dosage worked very well. Considering this, I'm switching to a vegan diet as I suspect my current unhealthy diet as of lately may have an effect on why the 1/4 were ineffective. Overall that 10mg dosage creates some solid pipe for 2 days. The wife needed the next day for recover. lol
