Skeptical at first but so glad I took a chance

I was very skeptical at first but I am very pleased by the experience. I asked if they could send me a PayPal invoice rather than going through their payment protocol on the website. Their customer service was excellent and quick to reply. It took about 3 weeks to receive my items (I live in NY) and it was very well packaged. Thank you so much!
