Duraplus 10/30m contains two active substances, Dapoxetine and Tadalafil, primarily used to treat erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation in adult men. Dapoxetine increases the time it takes to ejaculate and can improve the control over ejaculation. Tadalafil increases blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, thus treating erectile dysfunction in adult men aged 18 to 64 years. Premature ejaculation is a sexual dysfunction when a man ejaculates with little sexual stimulation and before the man wants. This can cause problems in a sexual relationship. Duraplus improves control over ejaculation and reduces frustration you may have due to quick ejaculation.
Duraplus 10/30 mg should not be used in children or adolescents under 18 years. It should be used with caution in patients with a history of anxiety, depression, seizures, and other psychiatric disorders. Before taking this sexual dysfunction drug, let your doctor know if you have a kidney, heart, or liver disease history. It is unsafe to consume alcohol during treatment.
