Duraplus 10/30m contains two active substances, Dapoxetine and Tadalafil, primarily used to treat erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation in adult men. Dapoxetine increases the time it takes to ejaculate and can improve the control over ejaculation. Tadalafil increases blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, thus treating erectile dysfunction in adult men aged 18 to 64 years. How to Use
