Be wary of fraudulent offers made on call or email

Dear Customers,

For us at AllDayChemist, your safety and the safety of the information you provide us with is of utmost important. We constantly thrive to provide you with the best of services and products, and your privacy is prudent and cannot be taken lightly. And that is exactly why we have a stern privacy policy in place that clearly states no information provide to us by you will be used in any way other than the manner instructed by you.

We would like you to know that it is our policy to never call customers to place orders on the phone. Every form of communication that you receive from AllDayChemist is in the capacity of subscription - authorized by you and you only.

We request you to not share your personal details on call. You may be receiving emails, messages, and phone calls from individuals claiming to be from AllDayChemist or an affiliated pharmacy. A few of our customers also reported that they had received some unsolicited calls wherein the callers stated that they are calling from AllDayChemist (ADC). They had even cloaked their phone number to show our phone numbers.

Here are some more tips:

  • Don't give out personal information in response to an incoming call. Identity thieves are clever – they often pose as representatives of banks, credit card companies, creditors, or government agencies to get people to reveal their account numbers, Social Security numbers, mother's maiden names, passwords and other identifying information.
  • If you get an inquiry from a company or government agency seeking personal information, don't provide it. Instead, hang up and call the phone number on your account statement, in the phone book or on the company's or government agency's website to find out if the entity that supposedly called you actually needs the requested information from you.

If you are currently on the receiving end of fraudulent calls and messages, we suggest that you download a free caller identification application such as TrueCaller. These are available for both Android and iOS devices. Your phone screen will tell you the most common name given by other users to that phone number and if many people had blocked this number, you will be notified of the same. You can then immediately block that number.

If you are receiving these calls on a landline number, kindly contact your operator and ask them to block the number.

We once again encourage you to not provide any form of information to calls, messages, or emails from parties claiming to from AllDayChemist. We are working hard to figure out the root cause of these junk calls and emails, and will notify you once we have an update on the same.
