Brimosun P 0.15% is an ophthalmic solution for lowering intraocular pressure (IOP) in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension. To minimize systematic absorption of the eye solution, apply pressure to the tear duct immediately following administration.
Use in children
The ophthalmic solution must not be used in infants under two years of age. It is not recommended for children between 2 to 12 years of age.
Instructions for use:
— Wash your hands
— Do not touch the eye with the tip of the bottle
— If you wear contact lenses, please remove them before using the ophthalmic solution and wait for at least fifteen minutes before inserting them.
— When applying the eye drops, tilt your head back and look at the ceiling
— Hold the bottle upside down above the eye and gently squeeze the bottle to release a drop of ophthalmic solution into the eye
