It is recommended that you take the capsule with food, i.e. before or after a meal. Do not crush the capsule. You should not consume more than the recommended dose of two Nintena capsules per day. If you do not tolerate the recommended dose of this medicine, talk to your doctor. Your doctor may advise you to discontinue treatment. Do not reduce the dose or stop treatment without consulting your doctor first.
