Panlipase Lipase 25000 u, protease 62500 u, amylase 74700 u.

    — Do not take Panliapse capsules if you are suffering from acute pancreatitis. You should not take the capsules if you are allergic to pork, other products, or any of the ingredients of the medicine.

    — Do not use the product after the expiry date printed on the pack.

Before you start to take it:

    — You must tell your doctor if you are allergic to medicines, foods, dyes, or preservatives.

    — You must inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, are breastfeeding, or intend to breastfeed. Your doctor will discuss whether you should take these products.

    — Let your doctor know about all the medications, including any that you buy over the counter without a prescription. You should not take antacids, which are used to treat heartburn and indigestion, when taking Panlipase capsules. Antacids may affect how well Panlipase capsules work by breaking down the special coating used to protect the pancreatic enzymes. It is necessary to take an antacid; then, it should be taken at least an hour before you take your Panlipase capsules.  

Let your doctor know as soon as possible if you do not feel well while taking Panlipase 25000. These capsules help most people whose bodies do not make sufficient enzymes to digest their food, but they may have unwanted side effects in some people. All pharmaceutical agents can have side effects. Most of the side effects are temporary and resolve within a few days. You may need medical treatment if you get some of the side effects. Tell your doctor if you notice abnormal stools, constipation, diarrhoea, nausea, abdominal discomfort, and skin reactions.

Your doctor will tell you how many capsules to take per an individual's needs. Do not take more capsules without informing your doctor. The recommended dose for Panlipase 25000 in adults and children is one capsule with every meal and snack. Swallow the capsules with a glass full of water, or if you can't swallow the capsules, you can open the capsules and mix the granules with soft food.

Your doctor will probably adjust your dose until the most effective dose is obtained. If the doctor advises you to increase the dose, you should gradually increase the number of capsules. A rapid increase in dosage may cause constipation. If you are unsure how to increase the dose, ask your dose. If you are mixing the granules with food, it is important to swallow the mixture straight away, without chewing. Neither the capsule nor the granules inside should be chewed as they are specially coated to stop them from dissolving until they reach the stomach and intestines where they work. It is important to drink plenty of water during the treatment.
