Rpigat Tablets 10mg

Do not take Rpigat 10 mg tablets if you have certain types of abnormal bleeding. Avoid taking this medicine if you are allergic to Rivaroxaban or any of its active ingredients of this medicine. Also, avoid taking this medicine if you have had bleeding problems, kidney disease, or any other medical condition. Your healthcare provider should also be aware of your pregnancy status (if you are pregnant or are planning to conceive). Also, you should be cautious of taking certain other medications along with Rivaroxaban. These include itraconazole, ritonavir, indinavir, phenytoin, phenobarbital, ketoconazole, rifampin, carbamazepine, lopinavir, and St. John’s wort. It is not known if Rivaroxaban is safe and effective in children.  

The most common side effect of Rpigat 10 mg tablet is bleeding more easily than normal, for example, having bruising and nosebleeds. Seek immediate medical help if you experience any symptoms.

For people who have atrial fibrillation, it is recommended to take one tablet a day with your evening meal. Stopping the medication may put you at high risk of developing a stroke or forming blood clots in other parts of the body.

For individuals with hip or knee replacement surgery, taking one tablet daily before or after consuming food is recommended.

Your healthcare specialist will decide how long you should take Rpigat tablets. You may be asked to discontinue treatment before surgery or dental procedures.
