Tavin EM 300/200 mg
Tavin EM is prescribed in combination with other antiretroviral products for the treatment of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) in adults and adolescents from ten years of age and weighing ≥30 kg. It is a highly active antiretroviral therapy that has significantly reduced HIV related death rate. It’s once daily dose makes it more difficult for HIV to multiply in the body of an HIV patient. This HIV drug comes with higher potency than traditional HIV drugs along with fewer side effects and dosing convenience.
Tavin EM is a combination of two antiviral agents, Emtricitabine and Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate made to treat HIV, which cause acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDs). In conjunction with an antiretroviral drug, Tavin EM 300/200 is a preferred choice for reducing the amount of virus in the body. The medicine is not a cure for HIV, and it is only used to prevent the virus from multiplying in the body. One pill a day dosing convenience make it an ideal choice for HIV treatment. In addition, the fixed-dose combination is active against hepatitis B virus. Caution should be taken while treating patients with renal impairment, or when the drug is used with certain other medicines.
Tavin EM is an antiretroviral therapy that significantly improved the prognosis and quality of life. It is tested and approved for the treatment of HIV infection. Tenofovir and Emtricitabine are combined in one tablet to help control HIV infection. The fixed-dose combination antiretroviral drug is believed to inhibit the activity of the specific enzyme reverse transcriptase, which makes it hard for the deadly virus to spread in the body. The antiviral drug doesn’t cure HIV but prevents the multiplication of virus in the bloodstream.
Read the prescription given by your health care specialist before you start taking Tavin 300/200 mg and each time you get a refill done. Usually, the antiretroviral medicine must be taken with water once daily without respect to food. The dosage is based on the patient’s medical condition, kidney function, and response to the treatment. When used to stop the multiplication of HIV in the blood, Tavin EM is taken with other antiretroviral drugs to treat HIV. If you are using didanosine medicine, prefer taking both either on an empty stomach or with low-calorie food. You should continue the treatment exactly as told by your health care provider.
