This time not happy
"I had no problems the first time I ordered. But this time my payment was not applied to my order. It took a few weeks to realize something was wrong. I emailed ADC and they looked into the matter, but just said that they had not received my payment. So I had to wait for 90 days to pass before I could fill out a form with the USPS to track my money order. Once I filled out the form, and paid $18, they informed me that my money order had been cashed by the seller.
I had to send proof of all this to ADC, which I understand, before they would send my order.
I appreciate ADC services, but they are so particular in what they want us to do on our end when paying, I just wish they were as particular about receiving our payments and applying to our accounts.

"I've had a lot of issues with this company over the last two or three years. Once I started an order and decided to go with a different company so I just left my order unfinished seeing no way to cancel it altogether. They shipped it to me anyway and pressed me for payment of an order I didn't finish. That right there tells you two things. The web site is confusing enough I didn't know how to cancel a partially completed order and the fact they shipped it to me when I didn't authorize any payment method. If it wasn't only one time I banged my head I could forgive, but there's a lot of stuff I don't like about this company. Having said that I can't find a better price so I keep coming back for more. I wish they'd get their act together."

"Edit Update 06/08/2024:
The customer support team is working with me and being very accommodating by providing a reshipment for this $300 order. Unfortunately the tracking number isn't working, but I will sit tight and update this review accordingly once this situation is resolved.
Original Review:
My first two orders went well. The third order shows a bad shipping address which has clearly been a GOOD shipping address and worked fine for the first two orders. This third order stripped my address and only shows my name with city and zip... no address. This caused my order to (of course) be stuck at customs. When I called in about it the ADC staff told me everything will be fine. Fast forward over a month and the order is still stuck at customs. This was a $300 order and it appears I will have to file a fraud report through my credit card company."

I applied this strength Tret over the blisters, sores, etc. and I feel that they helped the healing. I am seeing almost all of the scars going away, as they get lighter and lighter. I use the Tret every other day and never found it to make any affected eczema areas worse but better.
I use the .01% Tret on my face and neck and have found this to be good but very drying below my eye area/upper cheek. I've come to use it very sparingly in these places but these are the exact places where I have vertical wrinkles!

"This company is legitimate. I was wary because you cannot pay via an e-pay site such as Venmo or PayPal; you have to use your bank account. However, an acquaintance had ordered through All Day Chemist five times and never had a problem, so I tried it. It took awhile for my order to arrive (in fact, the shipment remained in one place for two weeks according to tracking info I could access), but this is hardly surprising since it is coming from India. If you are not in a hurry, you can get medications from ADC that you can’t get in the USA.
Also, when a delivery attempt was made, I was not at home. A live representative contacted me by phone to alert me to this. I appreciated that. It’s a sign of good customer service.
