Melamet cream is a topical preparation usually prescribed to lighten dark spots, wrinkles. It combines three active ingredients Hydroquinone, mometasone furoate, and tretinoin which work together to create smoother and healthier skin. Melamet is effective against acne, wrinkles, pigmentation, melasma, and dark spots.
