Your body needs to be strong, healthy, happy, properly fuelled to help tackle stress. It’s true that stress is a body reaction to anything that distracts its natural state, meaning that your body can have a profound impact on producing and relieving stress.

Water has a tendency to reduce stress. That’s why a dehydrated body creates cortisol. Cortisol is a stress hormone. A dehydrated body secretes this hormone to tell the owner of the body to take some action.

Eat a healthy breakfast and healthy snacks during the whole day. It is better to eat several smaller meals throughout the day than to consume three large meals.

For a healthy stress diet, consume more complex carbohydrate such as whole grain bread, eat food which is high in vitamin-A such as oranges, also eat food which is high in magnesium like spinach, soya, and green and black tea, which contain antioxidants.

Try relaxation techniques: Each day try to relax with a stress reduction technique like relax your body by doing meditation, Yoga and martial arts and exercise.
Listen to calm and soft music and dance. Music really gets you relaxed and happy. Try listening to music with no vocal and dance too, pick instrument like flute, classical, jazz, piano, violin or folk tunes generally works well, anyhow if that is not your cup of tea, choose music that puts you in a good mood.
