If you step out more often or spending more time outside in a hot environment, it is important to protect your skin by applying sun block cream or lotion. Drinking too Little Water
All health providers recommend drinking at least 8 to 10 glass of water every day to maintain your overall health. Water plays a vital role in making your skin glowing and radiant. Make your habit to drink water, fresh fruit juices, detox water and herbal teas so that your skin feels hydrated.
Usage of Harsh Skin Products
Harsh products of skin care affects very badly to skin and make it damage severely. One of the main reasons of dehydrated skin can be using skin care products that are too harsh for your skin type. These harsh products are made of harmful chemicals which remove moisture from the skin and make it dry. You should avoid using products that contain alcohol and fragrance as these can imbalance and dehydrate your skin.

Retinol is an active ingredient that is used to treat acne, dark spots, hyperpigmentation and other signs of aging. It is a topical wrinkle reducer which fights against signs of aging, but using this content at higher quantity or applying it too frequently can lead to a several skin issues like skin irritation, redness or dryness.
Another dehydrating factor that dehydrates the skin is consumption of excessive or routine alcohol. You should avoid taking alcohol as it dehydrates body’s bloodstream, organs, joints, and skin. When you feel your skin is dehydrated, you can guess that collagen and structural fibers are damaged and caused those pesky wrinkles. You can take alcohol in moderate quantity.

We all know that the temperatures drop during the colder months of the year and form humidity in the air. This is the reason most of us gets drier, cracked skin in the winter. One should use the cool mist hygienic humidifier as it helps to add moisture back in the air of your home.
