Salt water is good to treat the issue of low blood pressure. The sodium present in salt helps to increase blood pressure. However, make sure to not overdo the remedy as too much salt can turn to be unhealthy. To drink, just mix one-half teaspoon of salt in water and drink it.

Soak some raisins in water overnight and eat them the next morning; one at a time. You can drink the water where they were soaked as well. Raisins are regarded to be one of the excellent home remedies for low blood pressure. You can eat raisins every morning for a few weeks.

Having a strong cup of hot chocolate or coffee has also been seen to temporarily increase the blood pressure. Beetroot juice

Lemon juice
It is one of the great home remedies for low blood pressure that is caused by dehydration. Make some lemon juice and add some salt and sugar. It helps to instantly energize the body.
