Try to keep your head static and your body straight in vertical position from neck to toe. Make sure you breathe slowly while raising your body and let your chin touch your chest. Hold this pose as long as you can.

Balasana:
Balasana is a good stress buster that you can do easily. It’s also useful to relieve lower and back pain by gently stretching your hips, thighs and ankles.

You just sit on the floor with your weight on the knees. Put your body weight on legs from knees to toes. Now exhale and bend forward from your waist. You can rest your forehead on the floor and spread our arms parallel to your head.

This pose requires you to make a shape of plough by keeping your back and head on the surface with thigh up and toes trying to touch the floor behind your head.
